Shipping policy

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

For shipping to PO boxes or US territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands), please contact us at support@myeclatshop.com before placing your order to confirm availability.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Speed
We offer standard shipping on all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@myeclatshop.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Eclat US is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Eclat US is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at support@myeclatshop.com.
